Summer sports run mid-May to early July and includes golf skills, SOFit, and Young Athletes. Pick-up basketball and swim training may also be offered.
Winter sports run mid-November to early March. It includes bowling and an extensive basketball program.
Unified Sports® teams are made up of an approximately equal number of athletes (people with intellectual disabilities) and Unified Partners (people without intellectual disabilities). Teams are made up of people of similar age and ability, which makes practices more fun and games more challenging and exciting for all.
Our teams are made up of athletes of ages 8-50+, at all different skill levels. The thing that they all have in common is their love for the game.
Spring sports run mid-February to early June and include swimming, bowling, bocce, track & field, tennis, and softball.
Fall sports run late-August to late October and include soccer, bowling, volleyball, flag football, bocce, and golf.
